S.V.I. — Smart Virtual Intelligence — is an AI-agent development corporation for business. We build the full stack, from marketing tools to entire companies turnkey, all running on server-side AI agents. The platform is in production, serving live clients across Asia and Europe, and is the largest operation of its kind in the region.
The numbers we can share
- $2M+ invested in the technology — R&D, infrastructure, security, and team.
- 4+ years in development, two years on the road as a productized operation.
- 9 servers across 3 continents. Primary: Phuket (main R&D), Singapore (Asia), Frankfurt (EU / GDPR). Backup: Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Seoul, London, New York. Region-level fault tolerance — a single node going down has no impact on client operations.
- 20+ Silicon Valley engineers on the core team — people with offers and experience at leading Silicon Valley companies. The bulk of operational work is handled by our own AI infrastructure (HandOfHands runs internally as a self-hosted client).
- SLA: 99.9% for SVI Marketing, 99.95% for HandOfHands. Automatic failover to backup nodes within seconds; self-healing by AI agents — no waiting on a human on call.
- 9 / 9 servers online as you read this. The live status badge is in the footer of every page on this site.
Two products in production
S.V.I. ships two main offerings, plus a side product for Asian-market brands.
SVI Marketing — full marketing department
SVI Marketing runs as two directions: small business — a marketing agent at $1/hour, an SMM agent at $1.5/hour, from $50 plus a one-time $80 setup — and Enterprise at $1,900 setup, then $2,500–$5,000 / month across three tariffs. Built on 14 specialized agents — 8 marketing, 6 SMM. Replaces a five-to-ten-person marketing team across hundreds of channels in parallel. Full breakdown: SVI Marketing — what it actually is.
HandOfHands — entire company on AI
Custom AI version of an entire company. One client = one physical server. Replaces 50+ operational roles across sales, support, operations, finance, dev, content. Pricing case by case, discussed after a discovery conversation. Payback within six months, often faster. Deep dive: HandOfHands — an entire company on AI agents.
SVI Domains — premium .asia marketplace (side product)
49 hand-picked .asia domains, $1,200 to $30,000, sold via Escrow. Targets brands launching into the Asian market — short, memorable, brand-ready addresses. Not a core line; mentioned only when relevant. Premium .asia domains — the marketplace.
Where we work
International company, no geographic limits. Active client work in Asia and Europe. Pricing in USD; payment accepted in any currency. Specific industries currently in production: B2B SaaS (travel-tech), tourism (a major SEA tour operator), regulated B2B (a construction company doing cold voice outreach), pharma (hepatoprotector category). Methodology carries over into adjacent industries — medical devices, B2B insurance, corporate sales, retail, logistics.
Security model
Security is built into the architecture, not bolted on as policy. One client = one physical server. Data never overlaps with other clients — not in training, not in inference, not in logs, not in backups. Inside a client, every department lives on its own sub-server; cross-department data exchange routes through Mai as the single gateway.
GDPR compliance for EU client data via the Frankfurt facility (Art. 28 / 32 / 44). Full audit trail — every agent action, every cross-department request, every decision Mai makes — logged, immutable, visible only to the client. Detailed model: /security.html.
The founders' philosophy
S.V.I. is led by three co-founders. We do not centre this story on any one of them — what carries across every product decision is a shared philosophy our lead developer and co-founder Alexander Anglichaninov puts this way:
"We don't just plug AI agents into existing business processes. We're building an entirely new kind of company — where every department, every role, every decision is handled by hundreds of autonomous, specialized AI agents working as one. Perfectly."
The platform is model-agnostic on purpose: use what is best right now, swap when something better ships. Deep founder profile lives on /founder.html.
The bet
Most AI businesses are wrappers around a single language model with a chat interface. We're building a different thing: a multi-tier architecture of coordinated agents, on dedicated hardware, with isolation as a primitive instead of a feature. The bet is that the next wave of enterprise software isn't smarter assistants — it's complete operational layers running underneath companies, doing the work, with humans on top of the work instead of inside it.
We're model-agnostic. The research team re-evaluates the best models monthly against each task. Orchestration, calibration, multi-agent architecture — fully proprietary. The bet pays off because the architecture, not the model, is the moat.
