HandOfHands — an entire company on AI agents

HandOfHands is S.V.I.'s enterprise product: a custom AI version of an entire company, built on a dedicated server, replacing fifty or more operational roles. Not a tool you bolt on. A full operational layer that runs your business alongside (and gradually in place of) your human staff.

If SVI Marketing is the marketing department, HandOfHands is the whole company — sales, support, operators, analysts, developers, internal coordination, finance ops, marketing — every online role rebuilt as a network of specialized AI agents.

Architecture in one minute

Five hierarchical tiers, each with a specific job:

  1. Mai — single point of contact for the owner. Concierge layer. She knows everything happening inside, gates cross-department access, surfaces what matters, hides what doesn't.
  2. Board of directors — strategic agents per business direction. Translate the owner's intent into operational priorities.
  3. Specialists (50+) — senior-grade narrow experts in their domains: senior developer, senior account manager, senior analyst, senior SDR.
  4. Frontline operators (20+) — customer-facing layer: support, sales calls, dispatch, reception, voice agents.
  5. Coordinators (30+) — the connective tissue: shift control, escalation, hand-offs between specialists and operators.

Roles, headcount, and customizations vary per project — those numbers are the typical shape of a mid-sized deployment. Larger companies run several hundred specialized agents.

One client, one physical server

Every HandOfHands installation lives on a dedicated physical server. Data never overlaps with other clients — not in training, not in inference, not in logs, not in backups. Inside a client, each department runs on its own sub-server; cross-department data exchange routes through Mai as the single gateway, who validates the request and decides what to release.

This isn't a policy. It's the shape of the system. Even compromising a single agent does not give attackers access to the whole business — the same way breaching the email account of a secretary doesn't hand over the company's books. Full security model: /security.html.

Payback runs within six months across every case we've shipped. For the largest market leaders, payback has landed inside a single month.

Standard deployment: 2–3 months. Large or unusually complex projects: negotiated.

When HandOfHands is the right answer

The rule of thumb we use during discovery: if AI automation will save your business at least $10,000 / month in payroll, payback is obvious and the project makes sense. If less, look at SVI Marketing or the small-business tier instead — that's a more efficient match for the budget.
