★ two years on the road

The story of S.V.I.

From the first line of code to an international AI corporation. Two years. $2M+ invested. One path. And why our architecture is a sakura tree.

// philosophy

Our system is a sakura tree.

A sakura tree cannot exist without trunk, branches and blossoms. Every part matters. Our architecture works the same way — a whole in which nothing can be removed.

trunk · 樹幹

Mai

The core of the system. Takes everything in, understands context, routes it onward. Without her there are no branches and no blossoms.

branches · 枝

Board and managers

They grow outward from the trunk. They coordinate departments, design strategy, hand work down the chain.

MAI
blossoms · 花

The specialists

Hundreds of them. Each one a neural network trained for its own niche. The most visible, vivid layer of the system.

roots · 根

S.V.I. support team

The invisible work: market research, picking the best models, constant nourishment. Without it the tree doesn't grow.

"Remove the trunk — the blossoms fall. Remove the roots — the trunk withers. Remove the blossoms — nobody sees the tree. S.V.I. works exactly the same way."

The Seed

2024 · 12 months

It all started from one simple thought: ChatGPT is a tool. A great one, but still just a tool. What if we built not a tool, but a whole company?

The team didn't come together by accident — investors, working entrepreneurs, engineers. People from very different backgrounds, every one of them with real businesses and real products behind them. A full year went into one core question: how should a real AI corporation actually be built? Agent architecture. Neural-network pipelines. Scenarios and modules. Mai as the entry point. A board for strategy. Hundreds of executors underneath.

By the end of that year we didn't have a prototype. We had a philosophy. And the first MVP that held it up.

Transplanting

2025 · 6 months

For the tree to grow international, it had to be transplanted. The decision to go global meant changing continents. The team moved. The servers moved. The architecture was redeployed from scratch — new hardware, new region, aimed squarely at Asian and global markets.

In six months we built out our own server room, set up the office, relocated the core team. Every module was reinstalled and retuned. This wasn't just a migration — it was a stress test of the philosophy itself. The architecture held.

First Blossoms

2025–26 · 6 months

Once the tree took root, the first contracts came in. Negotiations. Real case studies. Not theoretical — live engagements. SEA tourism. The financial sector. SaaS development. Every client tested the system in their own way — and every time, it held.

In parallel, we built out a portfolio of premium .asia domains and started absorbing small local companies — selectively, to strengthen the product line. This isn't M&A for the sake of M&A. It's growing deeper roots.

Full Bloom

today

The team is in place. The product works. Cases across the world. The architecture has been proven in production. The tree has grown. Every branch in its place. Every blossom at Senior level. Every month — sharper and more precise.

We're here. We're ready. Time to bloom for real.
